Its also known as very good research area for academicians and industry. Robotics is not only used in industry for material-handling applications, Processing Operations, Assembly Applications, Inspection Operations but also it has a great demand for household robots, defence equipments  and  education. The “4-D” condition states the requirement of robotics, where human can not work in the society i.e. D=Dull, D=Dirty, D=Difficult & D=dangerous.

Its worth mentioning here founder Sakyasingha Mahapatra have been recognized internationally by publishing his research paper in the respected arena like IARP/EURON 2008, Castello (Spain) and in the Proceedings of World academy of science, Engineering and Technology,volume 29 may 2008 . He has presented 31 papers during his college days, apart from this he has trained more then 2000 school/engineering students through out the country till today.
